Arctos is a team of web designers, technologists, and marketers united in their love for the web, passion for technology, and the conviction that their potential can only be achieved through helping real people solve real problems. We measure our success solely by how well our web solutions fit the client's business goals and their customers' needs.

Arctos was founded in Bangkok, Thailand by Michael Poonpipat and Kiril Okun. It was a perfect match of Kiril's software and usability expertise with Michael's creativity and vision as a online marketer and advertiser.

Michael Poonpipat

is a dedicated online advocate that has a seasoned background from Asia's first regional advertising agency, and has supported at one point or another an advertiser in just about every vertical (airlines, events, automobile, mobile, etc) either directly or through an agency partner relationship.

Through the years Michael has developed a heightened sense of how to practically use digital advertising to maximize conversions to positively improve business margins. During his time with a global digital advertising agency Michael was able to expand his knowledge of effective usage of online marketing and additionally how to effectively implement digital advertising without being overly complicated.

For Arctos Michael leads business development and online advertising consultancy.

Kiril Okun

holds a degree in Information and Decision Systems and Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Over the past 12 years Kiril has worked as a developer, systems analyst, and user interface designer for companies ranging from large corporations to small software shope. His interests include software and web usability, web development methodologies, and the latest cool gadgets and code.

For Arctos Kiril acts as the technology and development lead.
